Troubleshooting
a) Handset LED reads “000” .
If this occurs, the reset was not successful when “000” is prompted. Please press and hold the “up” and “down” buttons until the table beeps and the LED screen shows the height.
- b) The table does not rise to its full height or lower to its lowest height. Reset the desk:
① Press and hold the “up” and “down” buttons at the same time. The table frame will lower to its minimum height and will “bump” upward. The LED display will then show the desk height and the table will emit a beep. Make sure you hold both buttons until the frame ‘bumps’ upward and the beep is heard.
② Press the “up” button and the table will rise to the desired height.
- c) Single motor desks.
The lengths of desk columns are not the same after reset.
There are two scenarios that might lead to this issue:
①The auxiliary column of the single motor desk is higher than the main column. If this occurs, remove the auxiliary column and push it to the lowest position by hand. Reinstall transmission bar.
②The main column had risen before installation, thus it would be higher than the auxiliary column. To solve this problem, it is necessary to remove the auxiliary column and lower the main column to the minimum height.
- d) Single motor desks.
Abnormal sound in the process of rising
The situation is probably caused by friction between the transmission bar and the motor box. Slightly pull the transmission bar outward to better engage with the motor.
